Changed reply in topic of DM 10 X triggers sticking by Bill R. to Glad to hear it, Jim! :)

You may need to adjust your sensitivity and threshold settings for the ride cymbal. Follow these steps below:

Sensitivity

By increasing the Sensitivity setting for a specific trigger, that trigger will respond to lighter hits more forcefully.

To adjust this setting, follow these steps:

From the main screen, press the EXT TRIG button.

Use the CURSOR buttons to highlight the Input field.
Once the Input field is highlighted, use the VALUE/TEMPO dial to choose the trigger you want to adjust.
(ie. If you would like to adjust the main head area of the snare drum, choose SnrHd. If you want to adjust the snare drum rim area, choose SnrRim, etc.)

Use the CURSOR buttons to highlight the Sensitivty field.

Use the VALUE/TEMPO dial to increase or decrease the sensitivity of the affected trigger.

Press the DRUM KIT button to return to the main screen.

Threshold

The Threshold setting is similar to Sensitivity in that if it is set to a low value, a very light hit will trigger a sound. However, the difference is this: If the Threshold setting is increased, there will be absolutely no sound until the pad is hit with a certain amount of force. This allows for accidental unintentional hits to automatically be eliminated in real-time.

To adjust this setting, follow these steps:

From the main screen, press the EXT TRIG button.

Use the CURSOR buttons to highlight the Input field.
Once the Input field is highlighted, use the VALUE/TEMPO dial to choose the trigger you want to adjust.
(ie. Changed description of So the sample pad pro has become the most unreliable piece of equipment I've ever purchased.
Pads constantly not working / miss firing. The SD Card that has been in use for well over a year randomly just changed to not being able to be read. The latest new awesome feature is that the pad just locks up on startup and is no longer usable at all. by Matt Nisbet to So the sample pad pro has become the most unreliable piece of equipment I've ever purchased.Pads constantly not working / miss firing.
