Alesis Digital Grand Piano DG8

I purchased an Alesis Digital Grand Piano (DG8) back in 1999. After many great years of service, one of the keys is stuck in the down position and won't return or play. I know that this product is discontinued but I would like to get it repaired. Could you please provide me contact information on getting this DG8 repaired. I tried to use the product support portal but the DG8 is not listed.

    Thanks for posting. It sounds like your product may need to be serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.
