I’m very confused.

Alesis Elevate 4

Hi, I bought a pair of elevate 4 two weeks ago. It was fine for a while and then I began to notice some minor things like distortions on some recordings. I decided to give it some time. And just today some unbalanced volume occurred between right and left hand monitors it happens especially when I adjust the volume knob. Left hand one began to play with a higher volume than the right one, and when I drop down the volume knob to zero, the left one still plays at a medium volume. When I try to raise the volume again, this time, left one still stays at the same level but I cant hear anything from the right one until I make it 12. I am very confused at the moment.

  • Hello,

Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having issues with your Elevate 4.

It sounds like this may be a hardware-related issue, in which case, your speakers would need to be serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.

Make sure to reference or link this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
