DM6 Bass pad stopped working after three weeks.... :(

Purchased the kit from Bestbuy (90 miles away) and after three weeks the bass stopped working. I've tested the cable by plugging it into another drum pad and it works fine.

Any Suggestions?

Hi Rick,

If your kick pad is not working as expected, try toggling the "Kick Type" switch on the rear of the module. If it is set to "switch" the kick pad will not work. You need to set it to "Pad" for normal use.

that was the first thing I did. I also took the high hat pedal and plugged it into the cable and it works fine for bass.
