customer service is outstanding . I had a calibration problem that was fixed with a single phone call. Actually had 2 problems 2nd was I wasn't able to choke the ride or crash . Turns out I had the cymbal placement wrong. Once I got that straight the calibration problem went away also. Love the Kit so far. I'm glad I made the choice of purchasing Alesis
