how to shorten initial support phone time

on my 1st call to Alesis support I was asked for all my info, which I had previously inputted into your online registration database. If phone support techs had direct access to that info they could have more accurate input without doing the phonetics thing. This will cut down information input time. Also would have direct access to registration date of unit etc. This could cut a few minutes off of phone support time which all adds up in the end... Thanks for you time and consideration.
