The patterns in the dm6 do not respond

In the DM6 USB Kit, when selecting a pattern and start it, I do not get a response in the panel of indicators of the pads or any sound, only the flash in the clik pad, restart the module several times and nothing, update the firmware and neither. How can I recover the patterns?

    Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having issues with your DM6 kit.

    This likely sounds like it may be a hardware-related issue, but have you tried reinitializing your module, and if so, does this make a difference? If you've yet to try this, power on while holding the + and - buttons. This will restore all of your settings to the factory defaults.

    If you're still having issues after performing these steps, it's likely you'll need to service your module. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.
